MONTE PARSONS

Associate Director of Philanthropy

Monte is a native South Carolinian, born and raised in Darlington. She received her BA degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. Prior to working for the Conservancy, Monte was employed by The Buckley School of Thought and Reflection in Camden, South Carolina where she worked for five years as a coach under the tutelage of Reid Buckley.

As Associate Director of Philanthropy, Monte assists in the creation of strategies for the ongoing cultivation of donors capable of major and/or deferred gifts. She coordinates the South Carolina Chapter's marketing strategies. She plans field trips and events for donor stewardship and cultivation.
