Time:
10:00 am - 11:30 am

Overview:
Enjoy a guided nature walk of Long Pond, identified by The Nature Conservancy as one of the Last Great Places in the world.  This 90-minute easy walking tour features a world-class barrens community that is distinctly different from typical Pennsylvania landscapes, plus scores of songbirds and a bounty of wildflowers.  The Long Pond natural area,  which includes part of the city of Bethlehem's watershed lands, is an extraordinary Pocono treat.

Meet at The Nature Conservancy's Hauser Nature Center in Long Pond at 10 a.m.  Bring your binoculars to enjoy the birds and other great sights of nature in the Pocono Mountains region of Pennsylvania.

Registration/Fee:
Space is limited.  Please RSVP by contacting Ellen Lott at  570-643-7922, ext. 10 or elott@tnc.org
