Did you know that grasslands are the least protected and most threatened habitat types on Earth? America's Lost Landscape: The Tallgrass prairie tells the story of one of the most astonishing alterations of nature,  the North American Tallgrass Prairie.  Join The Nature Conservancy on February 25 at Circle Cinema to view this award-winning documentary about the history of America's quintessential landscape - the Great Plains,  including the largest protected remnant of Tallgrass Prairie on earth  -  Oklahoma's Tallgrass Prairie Preserve.  This is a great opportunity to learn what is being done locally to meet the challenges facing grassland preservation in our state and around the world.
