Garlic Mustard or Woody Invasives Control

Date/Time:
Saturday, December 12, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Overview:
This preserve forms part of Ohio’s finest remaining wetlands and harbors more than a dozen endangered or threatened plant and animal species. Join the team of volunteers in the persistent fight against the invasive plant species that threaten this precious natural area. If the ground is not snow covered and garlic mustard is visible then we will work to eradicate it. If it is snowy, we will work to control the buckthorn and muliflora rose population. Do something good for the environment—sign-up for both White Pine Bog projects this quarter!
