Overview:
We will be scouring the Morris and Porter tracts in the Morgan Swamp Preserve for buckthorn and other woodies.  The preserve is a large wetland consisting of swamp forest, shrub swamp, beaver ponds, marshes, and upland forest.  It is definitely worth the extra miles you might have to drive to get to the site, which is located in Ashtabula County.
