April 14 Mountain Bog Workday, 9am - 3pm (rain date April 16)

Help restore native bog turtle habitat to this important site by removing invasive vegetation, trash, and hauling cut debris from the bog. Poison sumac is on site (which is similar to but worse than poison ivy)--if you have strong allergic reactions to poison ivy this workday is not recommended.

Work will be STRENUOUS. SPOTS STILL AVAILABLE.

To register for a workday please call our office and talk to Andrew (828-350-1431, ext. 107). We will send out more logistical details for each specific workday approximately one week before the event to those that are registered.
