• The Nature Conservancy works with the UNDP in a number of ways, one of which involves supporting the Millenium Development Goals. The MDGs, to be achieved between 1990 and 2015, include halving extreme poverty and hunger, achieving universal primary education, and ensuring environmental sustainability, among other important issues.

• Beginning in Feburary, the New York City office of The Nature Conservancy, in partnership with Fordham University,the UNDP and The Equator Initiative will sponsor a lecture series focusing on people and the environment.  To learn more about the series, please visit the website.
