1. Please read our rules. Entries which do not follow our guidelines cannot be accepted. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! nyinfo@tnc.org
2. If you are submitting a digital photo, email it to us at nyinfo@tnc.org. You may submit up to 3 photos. Your photos should be sent as a .jpg file. As a guideline, please try to keep your submissions no larger than 800x600 pixels at 72 dpi. and no smaller than 640x480 pixels at 72 dpi. Please include the following details with your submission:
•Your name
•Your e-mail address
•The title of your entry
•A brief statement about your thoughts about the photo
•Where the photo was taken
•When it was taken
Please do not put names, logos, or writing on your photo submission. Although not required, we would also appreciate a brief bio.
3. If you are submitting a print, please mail it to:

You may submit up to 3 photos. Please package them carefully! Printed photos must be 8”x10” in size. Please be aware that The Nature Conservancy is unable to return any submitted material. Be sure to include the following details with your submission:

•When it was taken

4. All entries must be received by April 22th. Winners will be announced on April 25th on nature.org/newyork. Winners will be notified by email.
