Volunteering for the Nevada Chapter

Volunteers on the Truckee River

There are many ways to get involved in helping the Conservancy fulfill its mission in Nevada.

Current opportunities include:

  • Man booths at Earth Day events in Las Vegas and Reno, as well as other special events during the spring and summer
  • Participate in volunteer days - planting trees and shrubs, pulling weeds, and otherwise helping to improve habitats
  • Represent the Conservancy on guided field tours
  • Assist Conservancy staff with preserve work at the properties we are working to restore
See what our volunteers have been up to: May 3rd, May 28th, and June 14th.

Contact our volunteer coordinator, Martin Swinehart, at 775-224-9158 or nvfovolunteer@tnc.org for more information.
You can also fill out our volunteer application form here.

Get involved! Meet interesting people!  Make a lasting positive impact on nature!
