Upon receipt of the form and your deposit, we will send you a deposit receipt, a list of recommended clothing and gear to bring, and a driving map for those who request one.

Our vans will arrive in Great Falls to pick up our guests between 1:00-1:30 p.m. on the first scheduled day of each workshop. Airport pickups are made at the baggage claim area, motel pickups in the lobby of your motel. Ideally, your flight should arrive before 2:30 p.m.; however, we can be flexible to allow for later arrival times if necessary. Departure times for outgoing flights should be set for mid-morning or later on the last scheduled day of the workshop.

We will drive ourselves to the ranch. Click here for directions. (Please arrive between 3:00 and 5:00 PM.)
We will expect airport pickup between 1:00-1:30 p.m. at baggage claim area.
We will expect pickup at our motel lobby between 1:00-1:30 p.m. We will be at the following motel/hotel:
*PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR TRAVEL PLANS at least two weeks before the workshop begins.
Deposits: We require a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person to hold reservations for all workshops. We cannot honor your reservations without a deposit. We accept personal checks or credit cards. (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Please make checks payable to The Nature Conservancy or call us with credit card information. Thank you.
Accomodations: Couples will always have a private bedroom with private or semi-private bath. Single persons may have to share a cabin. Please let us know if you have any objection to rooming with someone. We can arrange private accommodations if you request them early enough.
