Things you should know before you volunteer

All work parties are from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. No pre-registration is required, just show up prepared to work!

Note: Workdays will be held the third Saturday of each month at Weaver Dunes, weather-permitting. Call (507) 289-3959 to check the status of an event. Volunteers should meet at the Weaver Dunes office.

8:00 a.m. - noon
Please bring your own lunch, water (in a portable bottle), work gloves (preferably leather), good boots or shoes, a hat, sun block and insect repellent. And, if available, bring a pair of hand pruners.
