Art is often at its best when it broaches familiar subjects in unexpected ways. "Climate Change," an exhibition at Textile Center Joan Mondale Gallery by members of the Fiber Artists Study Group, addresses global warming not only as an environmental but as a psychological crisis: What will we lose as the climate changes? Who—and what—will be left behind? What will survivors experience, and how will they feel in this brave new world?

The exhibition's catalogue takes the innovative form of oversized postcards of each artist's work, and $1.50 from the sale of each catalogue will be donated to The Nature Conservancy.
