Overview:
Join conservation staff at Lake Alexander for an afternoon bird-watching and exploring the rolling hills and wetlands of this 1,800-acre preserve.

Adjacent to a large military reservation, this area provides ample habitat for black bears and wolves. You’ll be able to enjoy a full mile of shoreline on a summer afternoon. Or stay near the farmhouse for refreshments and tours of the conservation equipment used to maintain this beautiful landscape.
