Volunteer at the Indiana Field Office in Indianapolis
Anytime, Year Round Office Volunteer Needed Do you enjoy working with people in an interesting environment? Do you need something to do weekday afternoons? The Indiana Field Office is looking for an energetic people-person to help with the afternoon reception and phone duties Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can work all week or only one day, it's up to you! The office volunteer is responsible for answering and routing telephone call to office staff on the multi-line telephone system. The volunteer will also provide clerical support to the office stadd, such as copying, signing for delieveries, filing, scanning and some very basic computer duties. The ideal person will have excellent telephone etiquette and legible handwriting for message-taking, be willing to follow office policies and procedures, be dependable and have a committment to the goals of The Nature Conservancy.
