OUR FUTURE ON A WARMING PLANET

Part of The Nature Conservancy in Illinois and University of Chicago’s Graham School of General Studies Conservation Colloquium. A three-part series exploring topics in conservation by some of today’s leading authorities in the field.

The first event in this series will explore "Our Future on a Warming Planet". The discussion will be chaired Peter Kareiva, Ph.D., Lead Scientist, The Nature Conservancy.

Panelists:
Steve Pacala, Director, Princeton Environmental Institute and author of the famous “wedges paper.”

Jonathan Overpeck, Director, Institute for the Study of Planet Earth (ISPE); Professor of Geosciences, University of Arizona and specialist in abrupt climate change.
