Help the Conservancy win $50,000

The Nature Conservancy is participating in the 2009 America’s Giving Challenge, launched on October 7. This 30-day national online competition presented by the Case Foundation, Facebook Causes and PARADE Magazine aims to empower individuals to use social media to support their favorite charities.

The Conservancy’s featured projects for the Giving Challenge are Hawaii’s marine program, Maine’s climate change project and the Adopt an Acre in Africa program.

To win $50,000, between now and November 7th we have to get the most donations to our cause. We can also win daily awards of $1,000 and $500 if we can get the most people to donate in any 24-hour period. Gift size doesn’t matter as much as getting your friends and family members involved too.
