Corporate Council for the Environment

Working together, we accomplish more...

The Nature Conservancy plays a unique role in the protection of Georgia's natural resources. Because of our non-partisan, science-based approach, we are able to effectively work with businesses, governments, private and public landowners and communities. We believe everyone has a vested interest in clean air, rivers brimming with life and vital, functioning forests. We are committed to finding ways to balance human activity with conservation, so both people and landscapes flourish.

While each corporate supporter is vital to our conservation success, The Coca-Cola Company, Georgia Power Foundation, UPS Foundation, Cox Enterprises and AGL Resources have truly surpassed expectations and have helped to take The Nature Conservancy's Georgia program to a higher level. We thank them for their leadership and continued support.

On behalf of all Georgians, we thank the following members of the Corporate Council for the Environment for their efforts, helping us find that delicate balance between smart growth and protecting our resources for the benefit of future generations.
