Florida Forever protects wildlife habitat, drinking water resources, and places for Florida’s families and visitors to enjoy. The expansion and continuation of this successful program is essential to maintaining our quality of life.

Large tracts of land that have been targeted for protection under Florida Forever are now coming on the market. But while the opportunity to protect these landscapes is unprecedented, Florida Forever is essentially out of money. The amount of money allocated for Florida Forever ($300 million) has not changed in 18 years — while growth and population in Florida have boomed, and the costs of land have skyrocketed.
