Why You Should Visit
The eastern side of this preserve near Devil's Den is made up of mixed hardwoods dominated by oaks and hickories, with tulip trees and yellow birches. The western section is three former fields enclosed by stone walls; two are maintained as open fields, while the other has been planted as an arboretum. Please check events for organized activities at this preserve.

Directions
From the south and Merritt Parkway:

Take exit 42 and go north on Route 57 for 1.7 miles.

At traffic light, turn right on Goodhill Road.

Proceed to stop sign; go through, and turn right at the third driveway, 165 Goodhill Road, and follow to preserve parking area.
From the north:

Go south on Route 57 from Georgetown for 6.2 miles.

Turn left at traffic light for Goodhill Road.

What to See: Plants
Oaks, hickories, tulip trees and yellow birches, as well as a former field planted as an arboretum.
Why the Conservancy Selected This Site
This preserve is part of the original estate of Katharine Ordway, who made the original donation creating the Devil's Den Preserve.
What the Conservancy Has Done/Is Doing
Devils Den staff organizes regular trail maintenance work parties as well as field trips at this preserve.
