From New Haven, New York and points southwest:

• From I-95, take either the Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15) north to its intersection with I-91, or I-91 the whole way, looking for its intersection with Route 66 in Meriden.
• Drive east on 66 to Middletown.
• After you go under a railroad bridge, the road goes uphill and passes a Dunkin Donuts on your left; two traffic lights later, turn right onto High Street.
• Pass through four traffic lights, pass Loveland Street on your left and Mansfield Street on your right.
• When you see Warwick Street entering from your left, take a sharp (difficult to see) right onto Beach Street immediately across from it.
• Turn right off Beach Street into the first driveway: Liberty Park.
• Drive all the way around the parking lot and park in a visitor’s space in front of the main entrance.
• The Nature Conservancy is on the second floor; the stairs are all the way at the back of the building.

From Waterbury and Litchfield County:

• Take I-84 East to I-691 East in Meriden.
• Follow I-691 to Route 66 East.  Drive east on 66 to Middletown.

• Take I-91 South to Route 9 South.
• Shortly after the two traffic lights in Middletown, take exit 13 for Route 17.
• Follow the Route 17 connector to the traffic light at the end.
• Turn left at the traffic light onto South Main Street/Route 17.
• Turn right at the first traffic light onto Warwick Street.
• At the stop sign at the end of Warwick Street, turn left onto High Street and turn right immediately onto Beach Street.
• Turn right off Beach Street into the first driveway: Liberty Park.
• Drive all the way around the parking lot and park in a visitor’s space in front of the main entrance.
• The Nature Conservancy is on the second floor; the stairs are all the way at the back of the building.

• Take Route 66 West to Portland.
• Staying on Route 66, cross the Arrigoni Bridge into Middletown.
• The bridge exits onto Main Street. Continue south on Main Street.
• At the fourth light, turn right onto Route 66/Washington Street.
• At the third light, turn left onto High Street.
• Pass through four traffic lights, pass Loveland Street on your left and Mansfield Street on your right.
• When you see Warwick Street entering from your left, take a sharp (difficult to see) right onto Beach Street immediately across from it.
• Turn right off Beach Street into the first driveway: Liberty Park.
• Drive all the way around the parking lot and park in a visitor’s space in front of the main entrance.

From New London or Providence:

• Take I-95 South to exit 69 for Route 9 North; you will reach this exit as you finish crossing the Baldwin Bridge.
• Take exit 12 off Route 9.
• Turn left at the end of the ramp.
• Take Bow Lane to the stop sign.
• Turn right onto Main Street Extension/Saybrook Road.
• After two traffic lights, South Main Street curves right. Immediately after passing under an overpass, turn left onto a short connector.
• Turn left at the traffic light onto South Main Street/Route 17.
• Turn right at the first traffic light onto Warwick Street.
• At the stop sign at the end of Warwick Street, turn left onto High Street and turn right immediately onto Beach Street.
• Turn right off Beach Street into the first driveway: Liberty Park.
• Drive all the way around the parking lot and park in a visitor’s space in front of the main entrance.
