Front Desk and General Office Work
Receptionists and general office workers needed on a regular weekly basis and/or as a substitute. The reception position is very important to our organization as it is the first voice the public hears when they call and the first Conservancy representative they see when they visit our facility.  If you like to meet people, are friendly and support our mission, we would like to talk to you about this opportunity. This is not a high volume office for phones and visitors, so we would like to have someone who would also be willing to help with general office work while they are at the front desk. 

Community Outreach Events                                                                                        
Participation includes interacting with the public during outreach events answering questions about the Conservancy. Help set up and dismantle interactive displays. Most events begin at 8 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. Minimum requirements include availability for at least three events a season (usually on weekends), attend an orientation, feel comfortable speaking to the public about the Conservancy's mission and work. Training will be provided.
