June 30, 2009: Nature Conservancy Project Receives Economic Stimulus Funding to Restore Coastal Habitat
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) announced that The Nature Conservancy’s Mobile Bay Oyster Reef Restoration project will receive support from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) to create 35 to 40 jobs and restore coastal habitats in south Mobile County, Alabama.
