In the last 50 years, many properties protected by the Conservancy have been transferred to partner organizations such as local land trusts and state and federal agencies. Examples include Wolf Neck’s State Park (pictured), Sunkhaze Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, parts of White Mountains National Forest and many private preserves.
