Molly Hampton

Director of Philanthropy

Brief Biography

Molly has been the director of philanthropy for The Nature Conservancy in Wyoming since 2006. She leads the staff and board philanthropy teams who together have built a major gifts program focused on both annual giving and a $40M campaign for conservation throughout Wyoming as well as international. 

Previous to this position, she was on the executive team at The National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) from 1984-2006. In 2005, Molly completed a master’s degree in Nonprofit and Education Leadership at Prescott College. She is currently on the board of PRBB Foundation founded in 2006 to help empower women in shaping their families, communities and environment. Past board roles include Project Adventure, Leave No Trace, Association of Experiential Education Accreditation Council, among others. 

Molly and her husband, Bruce, love living in Wyoming and enjoy hiking, camping, traveling and other outdoor pursuits. They have two adopted daughters from Korea and China.
