Holwick Farm Tree Planting

Join us for a tree plating at Holwick Farms!

When: Friday, April 5th at noon & Saturday, April 6th at 10am

We are looking for volunteers to help plant trees in an effort to restore an old pasture to a forested area adjacent to a small stream that sinks into a cave system in Rader’s Valley near Lewisburg, WV. Tree planting will begin on Friday April 5 at noon. Participants can meet at the Holwick Farm on Williamsburg Road. Planting will resume on Saturday April 6 at 10:00 in the same location. Please RSVP to Mike Powell, land steward, at for more detailed directions to the planting sight and for information on what to bring/wear.
