Charitable Gift Annuities

By donating assets like cash, appreciated securities or real estate to fund a life-income gift such as a charitable gift annuity, you receive income for yourself or up to two beneficiaries for life. You may also be able to receive significant tax savings now while supporting the Washington program in the future.

Gifts of Real Estate

Because our mission is science-based, we are not able to protect all of the real estate that is offered to us. The decisions to accept or decline land for preservation are made at the state level.
