Public Access Preserve Visitation Data Collection

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

All Virginia Conservancy Public Access Preserves

Volunteers are needed to stage at Conservancy public access preserve trailheads and kiosks in order to count visitors and survey interested participants. Survey questions would include things like:

• Demographics (name, age group, sex)
• How they find out about the preserve
• How regularly they visit the preserve / first time visitors?
• Are you familiar with The Nature Conservancy?
• Do you volunteer with / donate to the Conservancy?

Multiple volunteers are needed for each preserve and volunteers are expected to help at least 10 shifts on either Saturdays or Sundays.  Daily shifts are from 8:00 - 11:00 am, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, and 2:00 - 5:00 pm.
