50th Anniversary Golden Jubilee

October 02, 2014

Howdy, partners! On October 2, 2014 celebrate The Nature Conservancy’s 50th anniversary at our boot scootin’ Golden Jubilee! We’re planning a big night in the small town of Nature, Texas, our magical hometown. Nature is a magical place that encompasses the best of Texas, whether it’s the lush Piney Woods of East Texas, the tranquil lagoons of Matagorda Bay, the rugged beauty of the West Texas desert or the gently sloping terrain of the Texas Hill Country.

Tucked amid the beauty shop, ice house and gas station, you’ll find all the natural resources of the Lone Star State. And The Nature Conservancy has worked hard with officials in Nature to ensure all these resources are protected for future generations of Texans.

We can’t wait for y’all to see what we’ve got in store for you! A live performance by Texas legends Asleep at the Wheel will be the soundtrack to a golden night under the Texas moon. So get gussied up, grab your partner and hightail it down to the best little town in Texas to celebrate the Conservancy’s 50th anniversary—in Nature!
