Directions
As proud sponsors of this summer’s River Jam Concert Series at the U.S. National Whitewater Center, we encourage you to come out and listen to some great bands and learn more about the Nature Conservancy’s work in North Carolina. These free-to-attend concerts take place every Thursday until September 20th, from 7pm to 10pm at the Whitewater Center in Charlotte. Special concerts on July 3rd and 4th start at 4pm.
To celebrate the event, the Conservancy will be giving away a deluxe camping package generously donated by REI. The package includes a camp kitchen, a tent, three sleeping bags and two camp chairs.
We’ll be present at most of the concerts this summer, especially during the Fourth of July concerts, so make sure to stop by our tent to register for your chance to win! The drawing will be held at the last concert of the season, so there is still plenty of time to enter. We’ll also be providing information about some of our latest and most successful projects in the state, including our efforts to protect Venus flytraps.
