Fall, leaves, fall; die, flowers, away;
Lengthen night and shorten day;
Every leaf speaks bliss to me
Fluttering from the autumn tree.
I shall smile when wreaths of snow
Blossom where the rose should grow;
I shall sing when night's decay
Ushers in a drearier day.
— Emily Bronte
Ahhh - Autumn. It's time for pumpkins, hay rides, apple cider - and the Fall migration in Central Park! Grab those binoculars and join us for a bird walk, guided by naturalist Kellye Rosenheim.
The walks normally take two hours—but always feel free to leave early. Be sure to bring a pair of binoculars and wear comfortable shoes. We’ll stroll around our beautiful park and look at the huge variety of birds. As always, walks are open to Conservancy members and their guests.
