From Boston:
Take I-95 N toward NH/Maine. Take RT 101 Exit 2 toward Exeter/The Hamptons. Merge onto NH 101W toward Manchester. Merge onto NH-108 (Portsmouth Ave) via exit 11 toward Stratham/Portsmoth/Newmarket. Turn slight left to NH-108N. Continue to follow for ~ 4.7 Miles. Turn right onto Bay Road. Proceed ~1 mile, the house will be on your right.
From Dover, NH:
Take NH-108 S/NH-9 W/Central Ave toward 2nd St. Continue to follow NH-108 S. Turn left onto Newmarket Rd./NH-108. Continue to follow NH-108 for ~3.7 miles. Turn left onto Bay Road. Proceed ~1 mile, the house will be on your right.
From Manchester, NH:
Take I-93 S toward Rt.-101/Portsmouth/Salem/Boston/. Merge onto NH-101 E via exit 7 on the left toward Seacoast/Portsmouth. Take exit 10 toward Exeter/Newfields. Turn left onto NH-85. Turn left onto Newmarket Rd./NH-108. Continue to follow NH-108 for ~3 miles. Turn right onto Bay Road. Proceed ~1 mile, the office will be on your right.
From Portsmouth, NH:
Take US-1 BYP. S. Enter the next roundabout and take the first exit onto NH-16 N/Spaulding Turnpike. Merge onto US-4 W via exit 6W toward US-202/Dover Pt./Concord. Take the Rt.-108 ramp toward Durham/Newmarket. Turn left onto Dover Road/NH-108. Turn left onto Newmarket Road/NH-108. Continue to follow NH-108 for ~3.7 miles. Turn left onto Bay Road. Proceed ~1 mile, the office will be on your right.
From Concord, NH:
Take US-202 E/ US-4 E. Enter the next roundabout and take 2nd exit onto US-4 E. Pass through 1 roundabout. Take the Rt.-155A S ramp toward Durham/UNH. Turn right onto NH-155A. Stay straight to go onto Main St. Turn right onto Newmarket Rd./NH-108. Continue to follow NH-108 for ~3.7 miles. Turn left onto Bay Rd. Proceed ~1 mile, the office will be on your right.

Bring binoculars, shoes appropriate for hiking trails and a field guide if you'd like.
