Protecting Nature

for future generations

We can shape nature's future by working with students today.

Our local students are the next generation of conservationists who will be responsible for protecting the treasures Nevada has to offer.  By getting them involved today, we can help ensure the future of our last great places.  See what some of the most recent visitors to our River Fork Ranch Preserve on the Carson River and our McCarran Ranch Preserve on the Truckee River had to say about what they learned.

"Will they do the same for other parts of the river?"
"The thing I really liked is you"
"So glad they have started a restoration project"
"I want to bring my mom, sister, dad, stepmom, and baby sister"
"Thank you for making the river cleaner and better"
"I wish I could do that again"
