Nebraska is fortunate to have a new online resource to identify birds in our state. The Nebraska Bird Library website is up and running, complete with 438 species profiles.

“To my knowledge, it is one of only two web resources in the nation dedicated to educating the public about a state’s avifauna,” said Jill Liske-Clark, Coordinator of the Nebraska Bird Partnership.

The Nebraska Bird Partnership (formerly Nebraska Partnership for All-Bird Conservation) is comprised of over 100 conservation organizations and agencies - including The Nature Conservancy - that have united to better understand and manage the bird resources of Nebraska.
