Join us for a rare “cook’s tour” of the Pine Butte Swamp Preserve. The preserve is a haven for grizzly bears and a huge diversity of other wildlife and birds. The hike will be led by Preserve Manager Nathan Birkeland, who knows all its history and secrets!

Please bring along a lunch, and/or snacks for yourself, binoculars, rain gear, sun screen, additional clothing and any other necessities you might require.  We’ll provide water and sodas.  The Front can be very windy so please dress in layers and remember a warm hat and gloves.
