The property includes an important stretch of the Mill Brook river system and is part of 2,000 acres of contiguous conservation land on Martha’s Vineyard.

What the Conservancy Has Done/Is Doing
This land is protected through a conservation restriction and a management agreement between the landowner and The Nature Conservancy.
