Matt Williams graduated from Alma College in Alma, Michigan with a B.S. in Biology in May of 1997. He has worked for The Nature Conservancy for the past 14 years studying endangered bird populations, leading prescribed burns, negotiating purchases of key tracts of land, and managing portfolio sites. In his current position with the Conservancy, he leads two freshwater projects in northern Indiana that focus on improving water quality within the Wabash and Western Lake Erie watersheds. Matt lives in Warsaw, Indiana with his wife and four children.
