The Nature Conservancy works closely with an array of partners in Canada to preserve the nation’s natural heritage that's so vital, not only for plant and animal species, but for local and global human communities as well.
The Nature Conservancy of Canada: A completely separate organization from The Nature Conservancy (which began in the United States and has grown to work in over 35 countries around the world), The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) is a private, non-profit group that partners with Canadian landowners to achieve the direct protection of Canada’s natural treasures. From the peaks of the Rockies to the big skies of the Great Plains to North America’s Atlantic coast, The Nature Conservancy frequently collaborates with NCC towards the conservation of cross-border eco-regions.
