Giving a Boost to Declining Mammal Populations

In the past 200 years, Australia has experienced more mammal extinctions than any other country and compounding the trend are serious issues like large wildfires, invasive species and poor grazing practices that are destroying habitat at an unprecedented rate. The Conservancy is working to preserve Australia’s unique natural resources by reversing this trend. You can help, too, by supporting our work on sustainable fire management, feral pest control and land conservation in northern Australia.
