Freshwater comes from nature and protecting freshwater sources also protects nature. Because of things like water pollution, invasive species, agriculture, and global climate change our freshwater sources are in trouble and need our help. As a result, we are using sound science to guide global strategies for protecting this natural resource. Please take the time to learn about your water footprint and how you can help us protect this resource that is essential for both our survival and the health of our environment.
