Advocating for Supportive Public Policies

The Conservancy works with governments and agencies to establish forest conservation policies.

  • Debt-for-Nature Swaps and the Tropical Forest Conservation Act
  • The Nature Conservancy supported a move by President Bush to fund the Forest Legacy Program.
