Carlos Rodriguez-Pastor is Chairman of Intercorp and General Partner of Nexus Group.

Intercorp and Nexus Group invest primarily in Peru and the A ndean Region and manage portfolio companies in financial services, retail, real estate, education, leisure and entertainment and flexible packaging with over 50,000 team members and revenues of approximately US$ 5 billion.

Carlos Rodríguez-Pastor is also co-founder and Chairman of Innova Schools, member of The Executive Board of Royalty Pharma, member of The Advisory Board of Second Curve Partners, Co-Chairman of The Chairman's International Advisory Council of the Americas Society/Council of the Americas, member of The Tuck School of Business Board of Overseers at Dartmouth College, member of The David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies Advisory Committee at Harvard University, member of The Acquisition Committee of the Museum of Modern Art of NY for Latin America and the Caribbean and member of The Nature Conservancy Partnership with the Latin America Conservations Counsel.

Prior to assuming the role of Chairman of Intercorp in 1995, Mr. Rodriguez-Pastor was Managing Director of Banco Santander, New York – USA (1993-1995) and Vice-President of Citibank, New York – USA (1990-1993).

Mr. Rodriguez-Pastor graduated with a BA in Social Sciences from the University of California at Berkeley in 1983 and obtained an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College in 1988. He is married to Mrs. Gabriela Perez Rocchietti and has two sons, Martin and Franco.

Page serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cargill. He was elected Chairman of the Board on Sept. 11, 2007, and CEO on June 1, 2007. He was elected to the Cargill Board of Directors in August 2000.
