Description
This approximately 600-acre ranch is located in Leon County, Texas, about 10 miles east of Centerville along Interstate 45 between Dallas and Houston. The property has numerous creeks, wetlands and small lakes and is great cover for wildlife. It is also extremely rich botanically and is home to three rare plant species.

Primary Conservation Objective
The property is located in the Middle Trinity Conservation Area, one of the largest focus areas for the Texas Chapter of The Nature Conservancy.

Biodiversity Highlights
The Middle Trinity Conservation Area is home to numerous rare plants and animals as well as wetlands and riparian habitats that feed the Trinity River.

Qualifications and Restrictions
No subdivision, one 5 acre building envelope, restrictions on timber harvest.
