The property is or will be encumbered by a conservation easement as described below.

Description
The property is approximately 851 acres of rolling hillside, timber and flood plain farm land including a 5 acre building envelope with 2.5 acres of mandatory greenspace. The Cuivre River and a creek bisect the property and provide natural habitat for a wide range of wildlife.

Primary Conservation Objective
The protected elements of the site include 250 native plant species, stream bank protection, and Limestone cliff and Talus natural communities.

Biodiversity Highlights

Qualifications and Restrictions
The property is restricted from tree harvesting, hunting and trapping, removal of plant life except from tillable areas, a limited building envelope of 5 acres, and subdivision. There are more restrictions which are detailed in the Conservation easement.
