Description
The current condition of the subject property is forested wetland. This property was enrolled in the Wetland Reserve Program in 2004. The property contains areas of flooded timber with a mosaic of constructed wetlands. This property is located on the banks of the White River. The subject property has enormous long-term recreation potential.

Primary Conservation Objective
The conservation goal for this tract is the reforestation of land to provide habitat for the flora and fauna of the Big Woods of Arkansas.
