Description
The current condition of the subject property is raw crop land. The Nature Conservancy (TNC) has enrolled this property in the Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP) and the construction of moist soil units/managed wetlands will be installed in 2007. In conjunction with the construction of wetlands, the entire property will be planted with hardwood tree seedlings. This property is located adjacent to the Cache National Wildlife Refuge. The subject property has enormous long-term recreation potential.

Primary Conservation Objective
The conservation goal for this tract is the reforestation of land to provide habitat for the flora and fauna of the Big Woods of Arkansas.
