Board of Directors

Composed of not less than nine nor more than twenty-five members, the Board is a diverse group of leaders who bring a variety of talents, experiences and expertise to the governance of the Conservancy. The Board holds ultimate legal and fiduciary responsibility for Conservancy operations.

Board Committees

The work of the Board is primarily done through the committees, with committees making recommendation to the full Board for approval. Conservation and strategic issues (such as conservation strategies, marketing, philanthropy, and policy) are managed by the full Board.

Presidential Search Committee

The Conservancy is currently recruiting for a new President and Chief Executive Officer. At the October 2007 meeting of the Board of Directors, Board Chairman John Morgridge named a Board Search Committee to undertake this important assignment. Details
