This parcel is isolated from other Conservancy holdings. Primary objectives in larger conservation area are restoration of northern hardwood/conifer forest, protection of high quality stream frontage along the Two Hearted River and preservation of peat land ecosystem.

None known.
 

Easements and Restrictions

The subject property is landlocked with no legal access. Restrictions include no subdivision and no permanent buildings. Timber harvesting is limited to selective harvesting; no clear-cutting permitted.
