Brief Biography

Rachel has worked with The Nature Conservancy for more than 20 years in a variety of operations roles. She worked with the Texas program, in San Antonio, for the first 15 years of her career. She moved to the Worldwide Headquarters in 2008 to work with the Vice President of Human Resources as the Department Coordinator. Rachel also worked with the Chief Marketing Officer until her move to the LEAF Program. In her current role as LEAF Program Manager, Rachel is responsible for all operations and program expansion plans and serves as the primary contact and support for new and existing LEAF locations across the country. Rachel was raised in Toledo, Ohio and San Antonio, Texas, but considers herself a Texan at heart.
