Blaine has been with the Nature Conservancy for nearly three years. Previously, Blaine worked as the Board Liaison for the Georgia program and the Southeast Coordinator for the State Director. Today Blaine is the Outreach Specialist for Georgia. In addition to managing the LEAF expansion in Georgia in partnership with Arabia Mountain High School, she is tasked with constructing strategies to broaden support for conservation. Before joining The Nature Conservancy, Blaine spent ten years at Turner Broadcasting. She was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and came to the US to attend college in New York City. Blaine lives in Atlanta with her husband and young son.
