We're working with you to make a positive impact around the world in more than 35 countries, all 50 United States and your backyard. Support our work
The summer internship portion of LEAF is a collaborative between the Nature Conservancy and a network of environmentally themed high schools. If you attend one of the LEAF partner schools, and are currently in your junior year of high school, please contact your guidance counselor for information about the program. Though we anticipate expanding opportunities for additional students in the future, at this time we only have capacity to recruit students who attend partner schools. Please check the school page for updates as we continue to expand!
The Nature Conservancy works in all 50 states and over 30 countries around the world. Please visit our career page and volunteer page to learn about ways to get involved with the Nature Conservancy in your local area.
If you live in NY attend the 2012 LEAF Green College and Career Fair Saturday, November 10, 2012. More opportunities to connect to come!
To be eligible for possible inclusion into the LEAF Educator Network, high schools must self identify as an environmentally focused high school, serve a diverse student body, and have a strong graduation rate. If you feel your school meets these criteria, please have a school administrator contact leaf@tnc.org with “LEAF school” as the subject of the email.
If you have experience working with high school youth, and are interested in becoming a LEAF summer Mentor, please email leaf@tnc.org with “LEAF mentor” as the subject of the email.
